Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Ember Press Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around customer orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
