Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Ember Manufacturing is a Phoenix manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around production lines clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
