Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Phoenix, AZ)

Bright Bridge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Phoenix focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. We invest in training. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around outage reports clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling outage reports. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
