Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Forge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Phoenix. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around recycling loads clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
