Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Ember Manufacturing makes precision components in Phoenix, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
