Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Meridian Facilities looks after properties across the Phoenix region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer sites clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
