Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sparrow Energy and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Explain our services around outage response clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling outage response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
