Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cedar Foods and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
