Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quarry Energy Partners and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Explain our services around outage response clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling outage response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
