Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Haven Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Philadelphia region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
