Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Iron Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around premium billing clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
