Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Orlando serving households and small businesses, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling loan files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
