Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Cedar Hospitality Partners runs guest-focused properties across the Omaha area. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around group events clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling group events. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
