Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Fox Auto Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer estimates clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling customer estimates. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
