Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Oakland, CA)

Amberfield Quarry Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Oakland with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Explain our services around fleet maintenance clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
