Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lantern Manufacturing Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around machine downtime clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling machine downtime. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
