Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Oakland, CA)

Greenridge Cobalt Markets serves neighbourhoods around Oakland with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around promotions clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
