Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone West Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around New Orleans, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Explain our services around billing disputes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
