Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Pike Staffing Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling client orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
