Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Hollow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in New Orleans presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around ticketing clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling ticketing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
