Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lantern Insurance Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 521 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
