Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Nova Juniper Foods Partners and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Explain our services around production batches clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
