Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sable Staffing Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
