Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Timber Construction is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Explain our services around project schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
