Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Minneapolis area. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We invest in training. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around outage reports clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling outage reports. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
