Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Minneapolis, MN)

Silverline Bright Staffing Group places workers with employers around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
