Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Quill Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Explain our services around safety inspections clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
