Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Hollow Farms is an agricultural business based around Minneapolis, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling packing house output. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
