Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Drift Facilities and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 821 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around supply orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling supply orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
