Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Freight and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around carrier rates clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling carrier rates. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
