Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Milwaukee, WI)

Lumen Mill Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Milwaukee presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 423 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around school partnerships clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling school partnerships. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
