Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Meridian Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Miami. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around guest bookings clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
