Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Birch Telecom Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around outage reports clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
