Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Miami, FL)

Lumen Basin Hospitality is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around supplier orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
