Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Rook Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Memphis, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 278 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around underwriting files clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
