Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Madison, WI)

Foxglove North Construction Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
