Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Madison, WI)

Redstone Ashton Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Madison presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 845 people based in Madison. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around visitor services clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
