Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Granite Markets Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Explain our services around shrink and waste clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling shrink and waste. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
