Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Orchard Freight is a Madison logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Explain our services around loads and lanes clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
