Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Louisville, KY)

Fernwood Lakeside Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Louisville, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around landfill records clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling landfill records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
