Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Louisville, KY)

Northwind Meadow Manufacturing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
