Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Corner Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Louisville region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around safety records clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling safety records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
