Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Lantern Construction Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
