Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Rowan Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Little Rock region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
