Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Sable Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Little Rock. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around loan applications clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling loan applications. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
