Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Las Vegas, NV)

Northwind Umber Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Las Vegas, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around ticketing clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
