Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Mill Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Las Vegas. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
