Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Ivory Facilities looks after properties across the Knoxville region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around safety inspections clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling safety inspections. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
