Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Ridge Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Knoxville, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around device records clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling device records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
