Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Sable Staffing Group is a Knoxville staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
